By accessing or using Taalink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. About Taalink

Taalink is a digital platform designed to connect brands, businesses, creators, influencers, agencies, affiliates, and users for collaborations, campaigns, promotions, content creation, marketplace services, and related business opportunities.

Taalink may provide tools for:

•  - Brand and business profiles
•  - Campaign posting and applications
•  - Marketplace listings
•  - Paid collaborations
•  - Content deliverables
•  - Messaging
•  - Reviews and ratings
•  - Payments and payouts
•  - Subscriptions
•  - Commission-based opportunities
•  - Analytics and reporting

2. Eligibility

To use Taalink, you must:

•  - Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
•  - Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
•  - Provide accurate and complete information
•  - Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
•  - Not be prohibited from using the platform by law or prior suspension

If you use Taalink on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

•  - Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

 - Affiliates
 - Buyers
 - Administrators
 - Partners

Different features, fees, permissions, and obligations may apply depending on your account type.

5. Platform Role

Taalink may act as a technology platform that facilitates connections, communication, campaigns, and transactions between users.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

•  - We are not a party to independent agreements between users.
•  - We do not guarantee that a brand will hire a creator.
•  - We do not guarantee that a creator will generate specific results.
•  - We do not guarantee sales, revenue, followers, engagement, reach, or campaign performance.
•  - Users are responsible for their own agreements, deliverables, conduct, tax obligations, and compliance.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

•  - Use Taalink for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
•  - Provide false identity or payment information
•  - Misrepresent your audience, brand, skills, statistics, or results
•  - Upload malicious software or harmful code
•  - Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users
•  - Violate intellectual property rights
•  - Circumvent Taalink fees, commissions, or payment systems
•  - Manipulate reviews, ratings, traffic, clicks, referrals, or engagement
•  - Use bots, fake accounts, fake followers, or artificial engagement
•  - Collect user data without permission
•  - Attempt to access systems without authorization
•  - Damage, overload, or disrupt the platform

7. Campaigns and Collaborations

Brands and businesses may create campaigns, offers, or collaboration opportunities. Creators and influencers may apply, accept, reject, or deliver work based on campaign requirements.

Users are responsible for agreeing on:

•  - Scope of work
•  - Deliverables
•  - Timeline
•  - Payment amount
•  - Approval process
•  - Revision limits
•  - Usage rights
•  - Content format
•  - Publication date
•  - Performance expectations
•  - Cancellation conditions

Taalink may provide templates or tools, but users remain responsible for the final agreement unless Taalink is explicitly named as a contracting party.

8. Creator and Influencer Obligations

Creators and influencers agree to:

•  - Provide truthful profile information
•  - Disclose sponsored content where legally required
•  - Follow campaign instructions
•  - Deliver agreed content on time
•  - Avoid fake engagement or misleading metrics
•  - Respect brand guidelines
•  - Avoid prohibited, offensive, or unlawful content
•  - Maintain professional communication
•  - Comply with advertising, consumer protection, and platform rules

9. Brand and Business Obligations

Brands and businesses agree to:

•  - Provide accurate campaign briefs
•  - Respect agreed payment terms
•  - Avoid abusive or exploitative requests
•  - Review deliverables in good faith
•  - Provide necessary materials and instructions
•  - Avoid requesting unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
•  - Respect creators’ intellectual property and personality rights
•  - Comply with advertising and consumer protection laws

10. Payments, Fees, and Commissions

Taalink may charge:

•  - Subscription fees
•  - Campaign fees
•  - Marketplace fees
•  - Commission fees
•  - Service fees
•  - Processing fees
•  - Featured listing fees
•  - Promotion fees
•  - Withdrawal or payout fees
•  - Administrative fees

All fees will be displayed where applicable before payment or transaction confirmation.

Taalink may deduct commissions or platform fees from payments before releasing funds to creators, affiliates, vendors, or partners.

11. Payouts

 Eligible users may receive payouts through available payment methods. Payouts may be subject to:

•  - Identity verification
•  - Minimum payout threshold
•  - Payment processor rules
•  - Fraud review
•  - Tax documentation
•  - Chargeback risk
•  - Refund or dispute hold periods
•  - Local banking or mobile money delays

Taalink is not responsible for delays caused by banks, mobile money operators, payment gateways, incorrect payout details, or compliance reviews.

12. Taxes

Users are responsible for all taxes applicable to their income, sales, payouts, commissions, subscriptions, or transactions.

Taalink may collect, withhold, report, or remit taxes where required by law.

13. Subscriptions

Some features may require paid subscriptions. Subscription terms may include:

•  - Monthly billing
•  - Annual billing
•  - Auto-renewal
•  - Usage limits
•  - Feature limits
•  - Upgrade or downgrade options
•  - Cancellation rules

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, or termination of access to paid features.

14. Digital Products and Services

Some products and services on Taalink may be digital, including:

•  - Creator services
•  - Advertising placements
•  - Promotional features
•  - SaaS tools
•  - Analytics access
•  - Downloadable assets
•  - Online business services

Digital products may become non-refundable once accessed, delivered, downloaded, activated, used, or consumed, except where required by law or expressly stated in our Reimbursement Terms.

15. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they upload, create, or submit, subject to any campaign agreement or license granted.

By uploading content to Taalink, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, process, transmit, and use the content as necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the platform.

16. Campaign Content Usage Rights

Usage rights for campaign content should be agreed between the brand and creator. This may include:

•  - Organic social media use
•  - Paid advertising use
•  - Website use
•  - Print use
•  - Duration of use
•  - Territory
•  - Exclusivity
•  - Modification rights
•  - Resale rights

Unless clearly agreed, brands should not assume unlimited ownership or perpetual advertising rights over creator content.

17. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, publish, promote, or distribute content that:

•  - Is illegal or fraudulent
•  - Promotes hate, violence, terrorism, or extremism
•  - Contains sexual exploitation or abuse
•  - Violates intellectual property rights
•  - Contains malware or harmful code
•  - Is defamatory, abusive, or threatening
•  - Misleads consumers
•  - Promotes scams or deceptive schemes
•  - Violates advertising laws
•  - Violates third-party platform rules

We may remove prohibited content without prior notice.

18. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews or ratings where available. Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on real experiences.

We may remove reviews that are:

•  - Fake
•  - Abusive
•  - Manipulative
•  - Paid without disclosure
•  - Defamatory
•  - Spam
•  - Conflicted or fraudulent
•  - Unrelated to the transaction

19. Disputes Between Users

Taalink may provide dispute support, but we are not obligated to resolve every dispute.

In a dispute, we may review:

•  - Campaign agreement
•  - Messages
•  - Deliverables
•  - Payment records
•  - Timelines
•  - Evidence submitted by users
•  - Platform activity logs

We may decide to release payment, issue reimbursement, suspend funds, or take other action based on available evidence and our platform rules.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you:

• - Violate these Terms
• - Provide false information
• - Engage in fraud or abuse
•  - Fail verification
•  - Misuse the platform
• - Avoid platform fees
• - Create risk for Taalink or other users
• - Violate laws or third-party rights

Users may also close their account at any time, subject to outstanding payments, disputes, legal obligations, or fraud reviews.

21. Intellectual Property

Taalink owns or licenses all platform technology, design, branding, software, databases, logos, trademarks, interface elements, documentation, and related intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, or exploit our platform without written permission.

22. Third-Party Services

Taalink may integrate with third-party platforms, including social media networks, payment providers, analytics tools, cloud services, and communication tools.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. Taalink is not responsible for third-party failures, downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, or data practices.

23. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep Taalink available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable due to:

•  - Security issues
•  - Hosting failures
•  - Third-party outages
•  - Force majeure events
•  - Technical problems

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

24. No Guarantee of Results

Taalink does not guarantee:

•  - Sales revenue
•  - Follower growth
•  - Engagement rate
•  - Brand deals
•  - Creator income
•  - Business growth
•  - Platform visibility
•  - Search ranking
•  - Conversion rates
•  - Advertising performance

Any examples, projections, or estimates are for informational purposes only.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taalink is not liable for:

•  - Lost profits
•  - Lost revenue
•  - Lost data
•  - Business interruption
•  - Reputational harm
•  - Campaign failure
•  - User misconduct
•  - Third-party actions
•  - Payment delays
•  - Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Taalink in the three months preceding the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taalink, its owners, directors, employees, partners, affiliates, and service providers from claims arising from:

•  - Your use of the platform
•  - Your content
•  - Your breach of these Terms
•  - Your violation of law
•  - Your violation of third-party rights
•  - Your transactions or disputes with other users
•  - Your tax or regulatory obligations

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

28. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website or app. Continued use of Taalink after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
